Caroline Obolensky MSc
I am an experienced psychotherapist working with adults and young people. My approach is warm and open, inviting an exploration of difficult feelings that can affect our day to day lives and relationships.
My approach is to think about why we inhabit patterns of behaviour that are sometimes unhelpful to us. By learning to understand what makes us do the things we do, we can change our behaviour and learn to respond to ourselves, and others, in a healthier way.
I offer both short-term (6-8 weeks) and long-term therapy (open ended). I work with all sorts of issues including relationship problems, disordered eating, grief, anxiety, self-harm and trauma. I am a registered member of UKCP and BACP
All Practitioners at Brighton Consulting rooms work independently and are responsible for ensuring they are insured and, where applicable, are members of approved professional bodies.
