"Hi, I believe healing & change can happen within a therapy space that holds safety, creativity & trust. Would you like to create positive change? I have special interest working with: neurodiversity and integration incl. ADHD, autism, AuDHD, among other conditions; life transitions; trauma; care givers; dis/ability; ongoing health challenges/recovery; loss; grief; students; relationship with nature, self and others. Sometimes words can feel they simply are not enough. I offer a combination of verbal & evidence-based creative art therapy techniques which can include the use of art, images, movement, sound, music, dreams & stories."

My sessions offer a warm, grounded, compassionate, trauma-informed, inclusive & safe environment. I invite clients to have choice in the way we work together that feels comfortable & safe with the intention of supporting you to explore challenges & find new creative insight. My intention is to support you with tools for your life & personal growth.

Being a neurodivergent MA Creative Arts Psychotherapist-Dramatherapist means we can collaborate in a way that feels right for you- a space for you to explore, express & safely make sense of your internal world. Please feel free to contact me to ask any questions you may have. We can book an initial 20min free appointment & explore what brings you to therapy.
