I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the NHS and specialising in perinatal mental health and adults affected by complex trauma. I bring a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and a particular focus on the transformative potential of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Having completed Level 1 & 2 training with IFS UK, I integrate this powerful model into both my personal and professional practice to support healing and growth.

My passion is for supporting parents during the perinatal period. The transition to parenthood often reactivates early relational experiences and unresolved difficulties that can impact the parent-infant bond. I am trained and experienced in parent-infant psychotherapy, and I work to strengthen this vital relationship with sensitivity, insight, and care.

I approach mental health through a holistic lens that recognises both individual experience and the broader social context. I am an active member of Psychologists for Social Change and provide mentorship through the Valued Voices Mentoring Scheme, supporting aspiring Clinical Psychologists from underrepresented backgrounds. I am committed to being an ally and advocate in addressing systemic inequalities and challenging all forms of discrimination, including racism, sexism, classism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, and transphobia.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I offer individual and group clinical supervision, and regularly deliver training to mental health professionals. As a supervisor and educator, I strive to create reflective, supportive spaces that foster professional growth, confidence, and effective practice.

I am passionate about promoting psychological wellbeing and facilitating healing through relational, inclusive, and socially aware approaches—and always learning, growing, and evolving in my work.
