I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and growth, and I aim to create warmth, compassion and light in the therapy room, for this to develop. Words are sometimes not enough, and play, art, games and stories bring strength and promote expression for difficult experiences to be explored

Emma integrates a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge with a deep passion for the arts, recognizing their powerful role in expressing unspoken trauma. She places great emphasis on the consistency of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for long-term change and healing.

Valuing the importance of work with both parents and parent-child relationships, Emma supports reparative experiences that nurture deeper connections and understanding.

Her approach is holistic, compassionate, and client-centered, providing a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can embark on their unique journey of self-discovery and process complex emotional experiences.

Working in an accepting and empathetic way, she fosters a sense of safety and emotional regulation, helping clients make sense of their feelings and move toward meaningful growth.
